Unmarked graves found under Wal-Mart construction site

More than 50 graves dating to the early 1800s have been found under a Wal-Mart construction site in Granite Falls.
An anonymous call led to the discovery. Town manager Linda Story says a former state archaeologist visited the site before a company removed the unmarked graves to a local cemetery.

The graves remain marked as unknown.
